About a month later, I go to the Urgent Care next to the Hospital for strep throat or something, I wouldn't know what it really was because wouldn't ya know, he works there too. He didn't even look in my f***ing throat, ears, nothing. He just prescribed me amoxicillin or some other basic antibiotic. I am reporting him for malpractice. My ex mother-in-law was also not informed of her test results and she was like "well, no news is good news i guess" and when she returned she just so happened to ask "oh by the way, what were the results of that test because I'm still urinating blood" or something like that and they told her she had positive results! And nobody bothered to call her! THAT MAN DESERVES TO BE LOCKED UP BECAUSE WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE HE HAS CAUSED!
The experience was fine it is after you leave that is the problem. Once you leave the office you do not exist to them, you are totally forgotten. They will not return a call and if they say they will get back to you about something,,, forget it...it aint going to happen. I have been going to Dr. Salvato for years, but I see now it's time for a change!!!!
I suspect those who gave negative reviews were probably extraordinarily rude themselves first. I have never experienced anything close to that in all these years.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL MAN AND OFFICE! I was just rushed through there, nobody bothered to listen to me when I wanted to talk about all my issues I was having, they barely looked at me. They told me they would send a prescription to CVS, I went there two different times and they didn't have any record of it. I kept calling because of my health issue and not hearing any results or anything, they just kept saying they'd leave a note for the nurse. A week passes and I ENDED UP IN THE F***ING HOSPITAL WITH A 105 FEVER AND ALL OVER BODY ACHES BECAUSE OF THEM!!!!
Our entire family has been with the practice for nearly 10 years. That alone says something. I have found the entire staff positive, pleasant and truly caring. I have found the medical team doing what is hard to find today: practicing good old fashioned family medicine in a family atmosphere. When a specialty physician is needed, they are very helpful in finding one to suit your needs and personality and even securing an appointment for you. This group has my full trust and appreciation.
Bedside manner of a porcupine on crack. Remember someone has to graduate at the bottom of their class. No-one there is able or willing to return a call. Voicemail is always full. Tried for 5 days to get my prescriptions called in. My Garage is cleaner than this office!!! NEVER again!!!!!
First it is very easy to make appointment using ZocDoc app at anyn time and waiting time is minimal. Staff is friendly. I have been been seen for high blood pressure and everything worked out great so far. My blood pressure is in range now. I like to go to the office.
