Hash Browns had literally 4 pieces of diced ham and a free onions. Potatoes were still raw. Manager came by, never offered a replacement or took it off my bill since I didn't eat them
Pretty typical waffle house. You will get the same C+ service here as at any. Expect wait staff to care more about talking to each other than helping you. It's like being at three kid's table as family events
OMG! This Waffle House is the best !! We were approached by 4 servers who wants to make sure we were served!!! They were friendly and Courteous with a smile. Its nice to see Customer service at its finest! My hats go out to all of the servers as my family and I felt like Kings and Qeens! Awesome staff!!
Waffle House in Plant City, Fl was closed because of Hurricane Irma and opened today at 2:00,pm. They had their Response Team onsite with local employees and ones who came in from West VA, CA, etc. They had special menus done for limited choices but everything was great and the whole team went right to work taking care of their patrons. I don't write reviews but this was so impressive I had to share.
I wish i could give this place no star's i ordered my food steak and eggs well down my steak was pink my eggs had HAIR in it i was pissed. I kept my cool and asked if i could get a discount on my food cause i was hungry the server told me i cant get a discount cause the food was remade for me. The only choice i had was to leave or pay full price so i left I'm not going to pay full price because hair was in my food I'm not the cook i am a paying Customer. I really like the waffle house but BAD SERVICE will turn anybody away from what they like AND I'M STILL HUNGRY!!!!
