We came here again and the exhibits were cool. Not a lot, but they were nice. Also we saw 2 Amtrak's in 2 hours. We had to leave after that but it was a good experience. You should come here if you really like trains. And even when they are closed, they are some cool things in the front yard. Life sized locomotive and a caboose. I would recommend!

*EDIT*

Cool place. Didn't go into the museum since it was closed, but they have a cool platform to watch trains. Only got to stay 10 minutes (no trains), but there are some railfanners there. Theres signal things there that "show" you when the next train will come. (IDK what the red and green lights mean, but I heard green light means train is on its way). Train viewing platform is open to the public (I'm pretty sure all day everyday, but I could be wrong) You can get to see 2 different trains here (Amtrak and CSX).

Great place.....great history......active train watching tower.......air conditioning......and a great staff.

To be a small free museum this place is really nice to visit they have a lot of historical railroad items. Located right downtown in historic Plant City it's right at the crossroads 4 railroad tracks with trains coming through there all day long.

A charming step back to another decade and visit this wonderful place! Stuff for kids, train buffs, or just the passing traveller. Has a full scale model train of downtown Plant City and a gift shop. Fun place to take the kids and family.

This is a quant little museum. It took me around 25 minutes to enjoy the entire exhibit. The train viewing platform is the diamond of the complex - especially if you like to traib watch! I sat there for hours enhoying the frequent train traffic that passes the station/museum.
